Kisah DUIT SYILING dan BATU

TING !!!

Wallahu'alam.

When Will the Fed Wake Up about Gold? By Adam

When Will the Fed Wake Up about Gold? By Adam English | Wednesday, November 7th, 2012

I know I'm not the only one wondering...

When will the Fed wake up?

The federal government enjoys a monopoly over the flow of our nation's money and credit, but has never been transparent to or held accountable by Congress since its creation in 1913.

Thanks in large part to the tireless efforts of Representative Ron Paul, the Federal Reserve Transparency Act passed this past July.

Now the Federal Reserve Bank system is required to allow the Comptroller General to complete a full audit within 12 months of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System and of the Federal Reserve Banks...

After the audit is written, the report must be submitted to Congress within 90 days —which means we'll get to see what the Fed has been doing by October 23, 2013.

However, the focus is on the review of loan files of homeowners in foreclosure in 2009 or 2010.

Make no mistake; this is a great first step.

Unfortunately, it will only go so far...

Gold for $421 an Ounce

I didn't believe it at first, either... but many investors are now buying gold for hundreds less than the current market price — up to 65% off.

Anyone can get gold for this cheap. You can learn how here.

Ron Paul's victory was limited to verification that the Fed's methodology and balance sheet are clean.

What the new law doesn't do is address the elephant in the room...

Notice there is no mention of a transparent audit of the Fed's gold holdings?

The Fed reportedly holds 13,762 tons of gold at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York's underground vault and at the United States Bullion Depository at Fort Knox.

This is roughly 8% of all the gold ever refined in history. And it isn't the sole property of the United States. Some of it is held in trust for foreign nations, central banks, and official international organizations.

And that's where the Fed is running into international controversy...

Germany's central bank, the Bundesbank, had some trouble recently with German federal auditors.

The Associated Press got their hands on a report last week to German lawmakers.

According to the AP:

"The central bank said in a reaction to the report that was also sent to lawmakers Monday that it sees no reason for a physical inspection of the bars. ''There is no doubt about the integrity of the foreign storage sites in this regard,'' it stated.

The debate on most of the gold reserves being held by foreign authorities has caused some inevitable conspiracy theories questioning their very existence, but several German politicians have also voiced unease.

Philipp Missfelder, a leading lawmaker from Chancellor Angela Merkel's center-right party, has asked the Bundesbank for the right to view the gold bars in Paris and London, but the central bank has denied the request, citing the lack of visitor rooms in those facilities."

I'm fairly certain the lack of a comfortable lobby and complimentary coffee isn't the primary concern here

Will Obama Fire These Workers?

Unemployment in this Bakken oil boomtown is under 1%. But the mayor's worried: "There isn't a lot of confidence in President Obama when it comes to understanding the oil industry."

Presidential candidate Mitt Romney knows it's one of the keys to American energy independence...

And the best Bakken oil stocks still trade for less than $10 share. You could make 133% or more as Romney pushes these stocks into the headlines. Here's how (http://www.absolutewealth.com/a/gold/?id=3870)

Germany has at least 3,400 tons of gold, valued at about $190 billion, in the U.S., the Bank of France, and the Bank of England.

The Germans are about to encounter the same refusal in the United States. The Fed is stonewalling the Germans and refusing to let them even see their gold stores.

Previous and repeated requests were only partially addressed. Bundesbank staff members were allowed to see the facility in 2007, but they reportedly only made it to the anteroom of the German reserves.

Bundesbank auditors made a second visit in May 2011 in which one of the nine compartments used to store Germany's gold was opened — and only a few bars were pulled out and weighed. And the details of this minuscule inspection were blacked out in a German auditor's report "out of consideration for the Federal Reserve Bank of New York."

So far, the 1,536 metric tons of gold held by the Fed — worth about $90 billion at spot prices — have only been backed up by personal assurances.

It is understandable to limit access for security reasons, but these aren't people strolling in off the streets; these are high-ranking officials representing a client with $93 billion in deposits.

The Fed is merely holding the reserves for the Germans and is refusing to allow them to inspect what they own.

The Fed's actions are serving to validate claims that Germany's gold is gone or has been lent out, and that promissory notes (official "IOUs") have replaced the yellow metal in the vault. (Of course, the Fed has vehemently denied the claims, but has done everything in its power to avoid any form of inspection.)

Bundesbank officials were called in to German parliament for a hearing on the matter, during which Heinz-Peter Haustein of the pro-business Free Democratic Party declared "all the gold has to be shipped back."

The Bundesbank has pledged to bring back and inspect 150 tons of gold from abroad over the next several years.

There are also plans to count and weigh the gold bars stored in one of its nine chambers at the Federal Reserve in New York.

As to what inspecting a mere 11% of Germany's reserves will actually settle, when a direct inspection will occur, and how much of the 150 tons shipped back to Berlin will come from the Fed, no details are available.

On January 1, 2013: Gold = Money Massive Revalue: Gold as a Tier 1 Asset

The biggest upside catalyst for gold is a massive reevaluation by the Basel Committee of Bank Supervision.

BCBS sets the international rules for banks. Currently gold is rated as a Tier 3 asset. This means banks can only carry 50% of its market value as capital.

This will change in a few short months...

The Basel Committee is planning on turning gold into a Tier 1 asset so that it can be carried at 100% of its value. The more Tier 1 assets a bank has, the more money it can lend.

This will double the price of gold almost overnight. You must act now!
Read here (http://www.angelnexus.com/o/web/40257)

The fact is gold has become massively important in the global economy.

Now sitting pretty around $1,700, gold that has been gathering dust in vaults all this time... and is now 4,757% more important than when central banks moved to fiat currencies.

In addition to the incredible rise of gold prices over the last three decades, "safe currencies" no longer exist.

Just look at what happened to the Swiss franc when the euro crisis started...

A dramatic rise in the value of the currency was hurting exports, tourism, and Swiss citizens. The Swiss central bank had to spend billions of francs to buy weaker currencies for foreign reserves to keep their economy from ripping itself apart.

Ben Bernanke may not think gold is money, but the rest of the world is becoming increasingly aware that precious metals —particularly gold — are the only protection from the endless money printing.

Now that the Fed's stonewalling of any verification or audit of its gold holdings is becoming an international affair, the urgency for the Fed to wake up is dire...

Fellow editor Christian DeHaemer has been keeping a close eye on the growing value of gold in the final days of fiat currencies. His research ( http://www.angelnexus.com/o/web/40258) reveals how banks worldwide are poised to send gold prices through the roof in less than two months' time.

Gold is the only thing left with any semblance of stability.

If you don't own gold now, get it while you still can. If you do, increase your holdings.

Here are three gold stocks we're buying (http://email.angelnexus.com/ct/10211402:13756122773:m:1:250215552:361453ED4B2C6C96754E02A4F0B7BC83:r)

Did Gold Just Pick the Next President?

Did Gold Just Pick the Next President?
By Brian Hicks | Monday, November 5th, 2012

Last Friday, gold sold off.

It was sudden and big.

At one point during Friday's trading session, the yellow metal was down more than $40.

I don't have historical data in front of me, but I would guess this sell-off would rank among the top 20 largest drops in the precious metal in terms of total dollar amount.

Pundits were quick to point to the stronger-than-expected jobs report — but unemployment actually ticked up last week.

What's going on?

Friday's market session was all over the map. Trying to interpret it was like trying to play Sudoku written in Cantonese.

Here's what I mean...

The Secret Return to the Gold Standard

A silent conspiracy will make gold a new currency on January 1, 2013.

Central banks and governments are buying gold by the metric ton...

If you hold any toxic dollars, here's what you must do now to prepare ( http://www.angelnexus.com/o/web/40198 ) — and earn a 670% windfall as gold soars to historic highs.

Since the financial crisis hit in 2008, the ultimate safe haven has been the U.S. dollar.

Take a look:

You'll notice that the U.S. dollar started to rally a month or two after the collapse of Bear Sterns.

Even though most investors knew Bernanke was about to flood the market with cash, investors flocked to the dollar.

Why?

Because investors were more concerned with "return of capital" than they were with return on capital.

The U.S. dollar is the most liquid asset on the planet. And when markets begin to seize up, like were during the financial crisis, liquidity is king.

Once Bernanke announced Quantitative Easing, the dollar sold off. Investors felt a little more confident about the market and were willing to sell greenbacks and buy gold and stocks.

And it's been clockwork like this for the last five years...

Every time a new round of quantitative easing was announced, the dollar sold off and gold rallied.

But yesterday was different.

With the exception of the jobs report, nothing was announced. Yet take a look at the daily price spike in the dollar from Friday:

At the same time, gold was in a free fall:

Gold broke below the psychologically significant level of 1,700. Whether it's temporary or not, we'll see.

But here's where it gets puzzling...

Pretty much everything else sold off yesterday: the Dow, the S&P 500, the NASDAQ, big caps, small caps, gold, and silver — but U.S. Treasuries rallied.

In other words, U.S. government bond yields moved up, meaning investors were selling bonds.

Historically, investors the world over have flocked to U.S. Treasuries in times of uncertainty, just like they do with the dollar. When investors feel good about the market, they sell bonds and move into stocks...

But not yesterday.

Top Romney Stocks to Own NOW

On national television, Mitt Romney said that Bakken Shale Oil Field is the key to American energy independence. But most investors don't know that the best Bakken oil stocks trade for less than $10 a share.

You could make 133% or more as Romney pushes these stocks into the headlines.

Get the details here.
http://www.angelnexus.com/o/web/40200

Typically, bond yields go up when the stock market goes up. But the Dow was down 139 points yesterday.

So, what does all of this mean?

Maybe nothing... or maybe something.

Here's what we know: If Obama gets reelected, Bernanke will remain as chairman of the Federal Reserve. And the likelihood of more quantitative easing (more stimulus through borrowing by printing more U.S. dollars) is higher, if not guaranteed.

This is bullish for gold; it is bearish for the dollar.

This is also bullish for housing, since interest rates will remain low.

Now, Romney has said if he's elected president, he'll do the exact opposite: He'll fire Bernanke, not raise taxes, and shut down the printing press.

This is bearish for gold; it is bullish for the dollar.

Simple chart analysis supports this thesis.

Here's a 25-year chart of the dollar:

Under Bill Clinton and Alan Greenspan, the federal budget was largely in control. The printing press was cold. The dollar rallied. Stocks rallied.

Tomorrow is the election.

Has the market discounted a Romney win? If so, have savvy traders readjusted their asset holdings for a Romney presidency?

If they have, they certainly weren't buying gold or stocks...

By the end of the week, we'll know how the market feels.

Forever wealth,

Brian Hicks

Wealth Daily : Why This Oil Stock is Undervalued by 50% (at least!) By Briton Ryle | Monday, October 29th, 2012

During the fall months of 2007, a Fort Worth oil and gas company called Range Resources finally had to reveal an incredibly profitable secret...

The company had a natural gas well in the Marcellus Shale that was producing more than 3 million cubic feet (mcf) of natural gas a day.

That there were a few hundred trillion cubic feet of natural gas trapped in the tight shale rock of the Marcellus formation was never in doubt; geologists had known about it for decades.

There were even several wells that had been producing gas for 50 years, though the yields were never enough to get excited about.

But until Range Resources had to reveal its 3 mcf Marcellus gas well, no one had figured out how to make a Marcellus gas well a real moneymaker.

Top Romney Stocks to Own NOW

On national television, Mitt Romney said that Bakken Shale Oil Field is the key to American energy independence. But most investors don't know that the best Bakken oil stocks trade for less than $10 a share.

Get the details here.

Pennsylvania — where Range's super-well was drilled — has a law that says oil and gas companies can keep their drilling logs private for five years.

So Range didn't have to reveal how it had gotten such good results.

Even the location of the wells remained secret.

At the time, Range's head of Appalachian shale production Ray Walker said, "Why would we educate anybody else? The best way to protect shareholders is to keep information close at hand."

Rival exploration companies didn't know Range's secret, but they could make a pretty good guess...

In Texas, drilling logs are public after just 60 days. And so the technique that had allowed Range Resources and others to transform the Barnett Shale into America's most prolific gas field a few years earlier was public knowledge.

It became clear that Range Resources was using hydraulic fracturing, or fracking, to get such fantastic Marcellus yields...

And so the race to develop the Marcellus shale was on.

The Secret Return to the Gold Standard

A silent conspiracy will make gold a new currency on January 1, 2013.

Central banks and governments are buying gold by the metric ton...

If you hold any toxic dollars, here's what you must do now to prepare — and earn a 670% windfall as gold soars to historic highs.

It's the Technology

Five years ago the Marcellus Shale was just a rock formation under the Appalachian Mountains.

Today it's the biggest natural gas field in the world, based on reserves.

Unemployment in rural Pennsylvania is almost unheard of as a direct result of the Marcellus Shale.

The situation is the same across America's oil and natural gas fields. Railroads and trucks are full to capacity. Hotels and motels are booked. There's new home construction, more tax revenues, and better salaries.

And it's not new oil and gas discoveries that are responsible for this growth...

It's the development of the technology to recover the oil and natural gas that's creating so much opportunity.

Many of America's hottest oil and gas fields have only become viable in the last 10 years... I'm talking about the Barnett Shale in Texas, the Haynesville shale in Northern Louisiana, North Dakota's Bakken.

New drilling techniques are even breathing life into mature fields like the Permian Basin.

You can bet your bottom dollar that companies will continue to improve and refine drilling technology — which will push recoverable reserves higher and costs lower.

This is happening right now...

One of our favorite oil stocks is a small $9 beauty working the Bakken Shale Oil field in North Dakota. This company has some of the best land in the Bakken.

It also gets some of the best production rates of any company working the Bakken.

And the company is growing incredibly fast: Fourth quarter earnings are expected to be up 1,700% over last year.

America's Biggest Oil Discovery

152 million barrels of light, sweet crude were pumped out of this North Dakota oil field in 2011. This year, it could be 190 million barrels.

It's no wonder that profits are surging for the companies that pump this oil...

One $8 company will grow profits by 500% this year. And its stock price is likely to double.

Two days ago the company released a drilling and production update, and there are some incredibly bullish statements buried in the "management's discussion" section of the update that I want to share with you:

As noted earlier, our drilling times have decreased significantly with several wells being drilled in less than 20 days. Since we are completing all of our wells through cemented liners, we have eliminated the completion issues that we experienced earlier in the year.

By drilling multi-well pads and utilizing zipper fracs, we have reduced our completion times.

A "zipper frac" is a very new technique that essentially doubles oil production, with only a slight increase in well completion time. You can search the term on Google, but you won't find much. It really is groundbreaking stuff.

Then there's this:

The improved performance is attributed to ongoing advancements in our completion techniques. Since the wells are much shallower than wells drilled in the core of our acreage, and are not in the same pressure regime, we believe we can lower our completed wells costs in this area to $7.5 million per well...

Our current well costs... are approximately $10 million, which is down nearly 15% from well costs earlier this year... we anticipate that these well costs can be further reduced by another 5% in 2013.

This company is telling anyone who will listen that production is moving higher and costs are moving lower.

That means earnings are going to be better than most investors expect.

For the third quarter, this company is averaging 15,885 barrels of oil equivalent a day. (Oil equivalent includes oil, natural gas, and natural gas liquids. For this company, 80% of it is oil.)

By year-end it will be pumping 27,000 barrels of oil equivalent a day...

By the end of next year it might be 50,000 barrels a day.

There's no other way to say it: That is incredible growth.

And the thing is this company is already undervalued. Earnings are growing twice as fast as its stock price.

I've never been more convinced that a triple-digit gain is coming for a stock than I am with this little Bakken powerhouse.

It's going to make some investors very happy...

We've prepared a presentation on this company that will give you the details. You can watch it here.

Good investing,

Briton Ryle
